Shades of Nothingness

How often does it happen that you just
sit and with every breath you take you realize nothing, you feel nothing? The
numbness of hands and legs reach your head and brain farts start to take over
the real stink.
The star, twinkling far away is merely
a star - at a distance you don’t bother about. When the winds crossings you are
just cruel buffets of squall… when walking is just a lame excuse to avoid
running. How often does it happen that you take a pause and wish not to resume
it?
How often you lit the cracker to cover
the silence of your life? How often you take color in your hands to scatter?
How often stretchiness of bed is
covered by your insomnia? And the long contact list in your cell phone becomes
so small that the vastness becomes hollowness.
Traffic jams become the only crowded
part of life?
Facebook Notifications seems avoidable?
How often the plate of food becomes
the playground of thoughts?
When does the light, peeking through
the window, become so irritable that life within the closed door seems true?
Why “Wishes & Desires” die choking
because of “necessities”?
How often words get suppressed in
noise of flipping pages?
How often you don't have answer for
anything?
Why conversations, which have excited
you before, have lost?
Why love has got covered behind the
dust of mask that you have worn?
Why each smile now says it’s not a
smile?
How often you say sorry to life - how
you couldn't behold the joy of living it?
How these shades have taken over your
life?
There are times when we cannot do
anything but how often do we just breathe and turn things around???
Life is hidden between these shades somewhere. Period
